  16.           result.  RAST is the Reference Application for SGML Testing

  19.           (SGML) Systems (X3.190-199X).  _R_a_s_t reads from _i_n_p_u_t__f_i_l_e or
  20.           from standard input if _i_n_p_u_t__f_i_l_e is not specified.  It
  21.           writes to _o_u_t_p_u_t__f_i_l_e or to standard output if _o_u_t_p_u_t__f_i_l_e
  22.           is not specified; use of the ----oooo option avoids the need for
  23.           _r_a_s_t to use a temporary file.

  26.           report in RACT format.

  37.           empty (14.5.9, 14.5.12).
